Due to the warm temperatures that we are expecting, we will be cancelling today’s workout.  The workouts are during the hottest time of the day, so we will get back after it on Friday!  In the mean time, get some work down at home.  Push-ups, body weight squats, lunges, and sit ups are all still good options! Stay Cool!
